The prototypical "otaku," Yuji loves American action figures more than anything in the world, but he never even removes the "blister" packaging from the treasures that he collects - instead leaving them in their pristine condition.
However, no matter how much he acquires, he can never be satisfied until he gets his hands on the elusive "Hell Banker" figure - a toy with a production run of only one piece.
With the help of his fellow collector friends, Yuji draws closer to his goal, and it soon becomes apparent that the mystery of the "Hell Banker" is much bigger than he ever could have imagined...
